Peninsula Pet of the Week – Cooper
Cooper 3 (1280x854)

Hi there, my name is Cooper! The only way to describe my amazing personality is to compare me to a fantastic firecracker. I proudly consider myself to be a ball of energy that can go nonstop. A big reason that I am so playful is because I am only five months old!

I recently came to DCHS as a surrender because my family could no longer take care of me. Contrary to my huge passion for life, my body mass is small. I tip the scales at a solid 9 pounds, and I’m not expected to get much bigger. We believe that my background consists of a mix of Terrier and Chihuahua. Some say that I look like a cute little fox because of my large ears and handsome brown and black coat (and I won’t argue with that compliment).

So if you are looking for a dog who loves everyone he meets and whose main passion in life is to keep you entertained and play nonstop, then I am the boy for you!

DCHS is open for adoption Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12-4pm.
