Peninsula Pet of the Week – Maya
Maya

Hello, Door County, my name is Maya. I am a female Terrier mix, and I am less than one year old. As you can see by my picture, I have a beautiful medium-length brown coat with white markings on my paws, chest, belly and the tip of my tail. I only weigh about thirty pounds, and I am not expected to get much bigger.

I recently came into DCHS as a surrender because my family could no longer take care of me. My personality can only be described as the “Energizer Bunny.” I am full of life and definitely still have a young puppy mindset. I love to play and go for long walks to wear off some of my energy. So if you are looking for a sweet, great, young, medium sized dog that is full of life, come and visit me today!

DCHS is open for adoption Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12-4pm.
