LiveSTRONG at the YMCA

If you or anyone you love has been challenged by cancer, please consider signing up for our LiveSTRONG at the YMCA program that is FREE for all cancer survivors and their families/caretakers. LiveSTRONG at the YMCA is a small group exercise program for adult cancer survivors. Each session is comprised of classes that meet for 75 minutes, twice a week.The PRIMARY goal of LiveSTRONG is to provide a supportive environment for class participants while encouraging improved health and quality of life. SUMMER FOODS PROGRAM FUELS COMMUNITY KIDS
The Door County YMCA continues to serve FREE lunches to kids throughout the Door and Kewaunee County area. Our Sturgeon Bay Program Center serves up lunch every day from 11:30-12:30pm for kids 18 years of age and younger. Adults may purchase a meal for $3. Join in the fun! 3 hours of dancing and activities led by our enthusiastic instructors. Campers will create a dance bag, enjoy treats and learn a variety of dance moves and choreography. Parents are encouraged to watch and enjoy the student choreographed performance at approximately 11:45am the day of camp.
