BAILEYS HARBOR, WI (August 4, 2016) – Join The Ridges on Thursday, August 11 at 7:00pm for a discussion on how breeding birds in the U.S. have been affected by climate change and extreme events in the recent past and how things could change over the rest of this century. Leading this discussion will be Brooke Bateman, a postdoctoral research associate at UW-Madison in the Department of Forest and Wildlife Ecology, who has focused on the effects of extreme weather events and climate change on species.
