Enjoy a magical\, memorable winter experience with hot chocolate and bonfires. This family-friendly event is offered at no charge. \nSaturday\, stroll around town to witness novice and professional carvers turn blocks of snow and ice into works of art beginning at 9 am! Destination Sturgeon Bay member businesses have sponsored 20 ice blocks and 4 snow blocks this year. Carvers of all ages and skill levels will compete for cash prizes and the People’s Choice Award. \nAll sorts of other fun winter activities will be happening throughout Sturgeon Bay\, in addition to ice and snow carving. DESCRIPTION:A new partnership with Northern Sky Theater to present the 14th Annual Door County Short Film Fest (DCSFF) at Northern Sky Gould Theater in Fish Creek on Friday and Saturday\, February 17 and 18\, 2023. \nAdvance Festival tickets will be available online soon and at the door the days of the festival. \nFestival tickets are $25 for a weekend pass. Refreshments will be available during the festival. \nFriday night\, a full-length feature film will be screened at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:00 pm). Saturday\, 30 short films will be screened from 1:00–7:00 pm (doors open at 12:30 pm).
