DESCRIPTION:SISTER BAY\, WI — The Sister Bay Advancement Association is excited to announce the launch of a brandnew event: Winter Wellness Weekend\, taking place January 16–18\, 2026 throughout Sister Bay. Designed to inspire rest\, rejuvenation\, and joyful movement\, this three-day experience invites residents and visitors to create a personalized weekend focused on self-care\, creativity\, and connection. \nWinter Wellness Weekend encourages everyone to slow down\, explore\, and discover new ways to care for themselves while enjoying everything Sister Bay has to offer. The event features a diverse lineup of activities suited for all interests and energy levels. Participants can curate their own schedule with options ranging from high-energy fitness classes to calming creative workshops\, from guided outdoor hikes to\n“retail therapy” shopping experiences. \nThe event begins with an Open-House Kick-Off at The DöRR Hotel on Friday\, January 16\, from 4–7 PM.\nEveryone is invited to drop in\, mingle\, enjoy snacks\, learn about the weekend’s offerings\, and pick up materials to help plan their personal wellness itinerary. \nThe event mix includes free and paid activities\, as well as open drop-in sessions and programs requiring advance registration or tickets. SUMMARY:Raptor Saturdays! at Open Door Bird Sanctuary
DESCRIPTION:Come enjoy the serenity of Open Door Bird Sanctuary on our winter Experience Raptor Saturdays. There are four Saturdays to choose from: January 17\, February 21\, March 21 and April 25 from 10:30-4pm.\n\nGates open at 10:30 with the first raptor chat starting at 11am. You can also check out our trails for a snowshoe\, cross-country ski (bring your own equipment) or hiking excursion. There are just over 2 miles between all 3 trails\, all fairly level and traversing various landscapes. It’s a great time of year to take in the sanctuary\, protected from winter winds and summer insects! It’s still wintry and beautiful even if there isn’t a lot of snow. Raptors love the winter – you will too when you visit and appreciate the natural beauty and raptor residents. This is the only time of year where there is a bonfire going\, so c’mon out!\n\nWarm beverages\, cool artifacts and all things ODBS fill the Nature Center.\nGeneral Admission: Adults $12\, Age 5-12 $7\, and Under 5 Free
