DESCRIPTION:Charles Jacobs is a professor of public law\, judicial process\, and American politics at St. Norbert College. He has written and presented on a wide range of topics and served as a consultant for the Strategic Research Institute at the college. Jacobs has received several awards since joining the St. Norbert College community in 2007\, including the Founder’s Award\, the Leonard Ledvina Award for Excellence in Teaching\, and the Norbertine Leadership and Service Awards’ Educator of the Year. As part of DCA’s Door County Talks\, Dr. Jacobs will lead a talk about Wisconsin elections and the Supreme Court informed by his work with his colleague (and a favorite DCA lecturer)\, Dr. Wendy Scattergood.
