Door County, Wis. (June 24, 2024) – The next quarterly Giving Event of the 100+WWC Giving Circle will be held in person at Donald & Carolyn Kress Pavilion Great Hall, 7845 Church Street, Egg Harbor and via livestream on Monday, July 22, 6:30-7:30 pm. Registration and social hour/picnic on the veranda begins at 5:00 pm. Over $31,500 will be awarded that evening to local nonprofits by 391 members. With this 25th Giving Event, 100+WWC has given approximately $596,000 to 60 unique Door County nonprofits since 2018.
Three nonprofits will be considered this quarter: Horseshoe Bay Farms, The Salvation Army of Door County Service Extension, Door County Food Pantry Coalition. The 100+WWC members who nominated these nonprofits will present the organizations and nonprofit representatives will be available for questions. Boys & Girls Club of Door County, A Bay & Lakes Region Club will share the impact of their April 2023 100+WWC award and information about the organization. Three additional nonprofits will be selected from member nominations for consideration at the October 2024 Giving Event.
