Sturgeon Bay, Wis. (July 3, 2020) – It is with a heavy heart that Destination Sturgeon Bay Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the 22nd annual Fine Art Fair. After consulting with many partners, including vendors, local businesses, the City Sturgeon Bay, and Door County Health Department, we believe that this is the best decision for the safety of our community, vendors, and attendees. The annual Fine Art Fair can bring up to 10,000 attendees over the two-day festival and features anywhere between 75-100 artists from around the Midwest.
Destination Sturgeon Bay Board of Directors know how important the Fine Art Fair and the many other canceled events are to our local businesses and community. DSB Staff and Board of Directors are actively pursuing additional activities for our businesses and community to safely take part in. For more information on these activities, please visit SturgeonBay.net.
Destination Sturgeon Bay appreciates your support and understanding during this difficult time and we look forward to welcoming the Fine Art Fair back to Downtown Sturgeon Bay May 29-30, 2021. In the meantime, we encourage our community to be safe and kind.
