Door County, Wis. (April 4, 2023) – Open Door Pride has announced that applications for the non-profit’s IDEA Scholarship are due by April 30. For the second year in a row, the group will award a $500 IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equality and Accessibility) scholarship to a graduating Door County senior who demonstrates a passion for inclusivity, diversity, increasing sensitivity, and building community.
All Door County students are invited to apply. Application requirements and guidelines are available at https://www.doorcountyscholarships.org.
Open Door Pride’s mission is to affirm diversity in Door County through inclusion for all. The 100% volunteer organization represents the LGBTQIA+ and allied communities in Door County.
