Summer is officially here and what better way to celebrate than with a glass of wine? Let your worries go and sample a variety of savory award-winning wines at Door County Wine Fest. Join us for the third annual Door County Wine Fest on Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Martin Park (207 S. 3rd Ave.) located in historic Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Enjoy the beautiful weather and waterfront view in downtown Sturgeon Bay.
Savor unlimited tasting of award-winning Door County wines from eight local wineries, paired with complimentary cheese, and relaxing music. Grab your friends, head to the wine bar and purchase a glass of your favorite wine to enjoy while you listen or dance along to Black n’ White – a reggae band out of Milwaukee. Pete Hoznik, an acoustic contemporary rock musician, will be entertaining in the bar area.
Local restaurants and food vendors will be selling fabulous food dishes and hors d’ oeuvres throughout the event. Participating food vendors are Crate- Sushi, Seafood, & Steak, Kinara Urban Eatery, Sonny’s Italian Kitchen & Pizzeria, Sunflour Artisan Bakery, The Dog House, and Door County Potato Chips. A wide variety of food will be available including sushi rolls, gyros, samosas, pizza, antipasto skewers, burgers, brats, fresh battered cheese curds, scones, cookies, and much more. Food will be available beginning at 12:15 p.m.
Enjoy an afternoon exploring exceptional wines, while celebrating life and the fruits of the harvest from the members of the Door County Wine Trail. Hosted in partnership with the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center, we encourage to discover the many restaurants, retail shops, attractions and scenic beauty the historic waterfront city has to offer.
