Sister Bay, Wis. (July 31, 2025) – The Sister Bay Advancement Association is thrilled to announce the return of Marina Fest, one of Door County’s most beloved annual events! Taking place over Labor Day weekend, August 30–31, 2025, Marina Fest promises a weekend packed with excitement, community connection, and family-friendly fun.
Held in the heart of Sister Bay at the Marina and Waterfront Park, Marina Fest features a vibrant mix of activities designed to delight visitors and locals of all ages, while supporting local non-profits. Attendees can look forward to festival favorites such as:
- The Sister Bay Lions Club’s beloved boat-building event for kids
- A classic and wooden boat show showcasing timeless maritime craftsmanship
- Live music throughout the weekend
- A spectacular fireworks display over the bay
- Used Book Sale in Village Hall
- A fun-filled kids’ carnival
- A variety of local food and drink vendors
- Pedal tractor pulls, and much more!
Marina Fest also provides a meaningful platform for community organizations such as the Sister Bay Lions Club, Friends of Gibraltar, Top O’ the Thumb Snowmobile Club, and the Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Fire Department to raise funds and connect with the public. This event strengthens community bonds while supporting important local causes.
