Located on the bay of Sturgeon Bay with one of the finest views of both the harbor and its classic Steel Bridge, Sonny’s Pizzeria already had a great location in its favor. Now the well-known restaurant has hired an expert brewmaster, Trent Snyder, who recently moved to the county from the Twin Cities. Snyder will manage Sonny’s new Bridge Up Brewing Company, located on the lower level of the restaurant’s architecturally-engaging waterfront structure. Sonny’s now boasts the ability to serve not only its fresh pizza and a range of homemade Italian specialties, but will also brew and serve small batches of handcrafted beer.
The features live music, an outdoor tiki bar, and a new, creative menu. One tasty dish is the Arancini stuffed risotto ball with a spicy marinara sauce, a whole new trip in local Italian appetizers.
Sonny’s well-engineered space is suited to host private parties and events of up to 100 attendees.
