Door County, Wis. (August 26, 2026) — Do Good Door County is offering a series of free community education sessions this August and September designed to help residents take practical steps toward creating homes and lifestyles that work for them now and into the future.
The upcoming programs will focus on two important topics: Downsizing & Decluttering and AARP HomeFit, with sessions offered at locations in northern Door County. All programs are free and open to the community.
Downsizing & Decluttering Education Sessions
For many people, the thought of sorting through a lifetime of belongings can feel overwhelming. Whether
preparing to downsize, clearing out crowded spaces or simply looking for ways to make a home easier to
manage, knowing where to begin is often the hardest part.
Do Good Door County will host a free, engaging AARP presentation exploring why our possessions mean
so much to us while providing practical, easy-to-follow strategies for tackling clutter.
