Fish Creek, Wis. (November 16, 2023) – Big Mouth & The Power Tool Horns, along with special guests Cory Chisel and Janet Planet, return to Door Community Auditorium on Saturday, November 25, at 7 p.m. to kick the holiday season with a concert and Ugly Christmas Sweater Party.
Cash prizes of $23 will be awarded for Best Youth Sweater and Best Adult Sweater. Best Group and People’s Choice award winners will receive $230 each. Contest participants should arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. for judging. Winners will be announced after intermission.
Big Mouth is one of Door County’s most popular bands and is known throughout Wisconsin for playing an eclectic and dance-worthy mix of blues, jazz, and rock music. At DCA, Big Mouth—still going strong after 40 years—will be joined by special guests Janet Planet and Cory Chisel. Planet has been described by Cadence Jazz as “such an exemplary vocal artiste that anything she graces with her vocal chords benefits.” Chisel, says American Songwriter, is a “talented up and coming artist with an old soul.”

The show begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 25. Tickets range from $29-49; complimentary tickets are available for Door County students participating in the arts. Advance tickets are recommended and can be made through the DCA box office, located at 3926 Highway 42 in Fish Creek.
