The Door County YMCA is excited to announce the second annual Broadway by the Bay event, scheduled for Thursday, July 18th at 5:30 p.m. at the Donald and Carol Kress Pavilion in Egg Harbor. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks on the patio overlooking the bay begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner, featuring a custom menu created by Thyme Catering. As the sun sets over the bay, Jonathan Zeng will provide an hour-long performance of Broadway hits and familiar songs.
Mr. Zeng will perform favorites from musical theater and popular music such as On the Street Where You Live, Georgia On My Mind, Annie’s Song, Corner of the Sky, and more. Mr. Zeng is familiar in Door County as he is a favorite featured guest vocalist with the Birch Creek Symphony. Mr. Zeng will be accompanied by Michael R. Oldham on piano, Daniel Eastwood on drums, and Doug Bistrow on bass.
Jonathan Zeng is lauded for his versatility as a performer and accomplishments in Musical Theater, Opera, Oratorio and Concert repertoire.
