Gardner, Wis. (May 21, 2020) – The Town of Gardner, in partnership with the Southern Door County School District will hold an Electronics Recycling Event on Saturday, May 30, 2020 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (rain or shine) in the parking lot by the Gardner Town Hall, at 2344 County Road C, Brussels, WI. The event is open to the public and part of the proceeds will benefit the Southern Door Elementary STEAM program.
Items that can be recycled include: computer towers, computers, laptops, & keyboards; cell phones & phone systems; servers, wiring, & cabling; household appliances including microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, washers, & dryers; stereos, CD players, & DVD/VCR machines; copiers, fax machines, & printers; rechargeable batteries, and any metal items.
A fee of $10-$30 will be charged for recycling computer monitors, and televisions.
Vehicle unloading assistance will be provided as part of this “drive up – drop off” process.
