Ephraim, Wis. (December 9, 2024) – Ephraim was bursting with holiday cheer at the Ephraim Business Council’s annual Christmas in the Village celebration on December 7, 2024. Santa arrived on the Ephraim Fire Department’s fire truck and was welcomed into Village Hall by visitors of all ages. People enjoyed creating holiday crafts and tasty treats while Santa and his assistant, Scotty Weborg, visited with the many children in attendance.
The holiday spirit spread through the Village as many visitors stopped by open houses at businesses participating in the Spot the Snowmen activity. A horse-drawn wagon provided rides along the shoreline and through the Village. Santa’s reindeer made an appearance in Olson Park and were quite the hit with everyone who passed by.
The event concluded with a spectacular tree lighting ceremony in Harborside Park. Santa did the honor of lighting the tree in the gazebo and the brand-new holiday lighting in the park. Colin & Friends ended the day’s festivities with a merry sing-along to welcome the holiday season in the picturesque Village.
