Door County Historical Society Turns 100!

One hundred years only comes around once—and we want you there to celebrate with us!

On Thursday, October 1, the Door County Historical Society will mark its 100th anniversary with A Roaring Good Time: Cheers to 100 Years! This is more than a party. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of a century of preserving and sharing the stories, places, and people that make Door County so special.

We’re going all out for the occasion with a Roaring ’20s-inspired evening featuring:

• Live music from the Swingin’ Door Big Band
• Dancing and plenty of room to hit the dance floor
• Heavy hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening
• Our special “Door Roar” signature cocktail
• A celebratory champagne toast to 100 years
• 1920s fun, surprises, and more!

And yes—dress for the occasion! Flapper dresses, fringe, feathers, fedoras, bow ties, suspenders, pearls and all your best 1920s finery are encouraged, but certainly not required. Come dressed up or come as you are—we simply want you to be part of this historic night.
