Family Day at Sister Bay Ice Rink Saturday

The Teresa K. Hilander Community Ice Rink will host a family day at the rink in Sister Bay on Saturday, Feb. 22 from 12 – 6 pm. The rink will offer free skate rentals to kids, and volunteers will be grilling brats, hot dogs and serving beverages around the fire pit. Skate lessons will be offered from 1-3 pm.

The rink also has kids and adult hockey and figure skates, hockey sticks, pucks and broomball equipment available for rent. Families can also bring their sleds and use the sledding hill or just climb on the huge snowbanks around the rink. Bundle up, lace ’em up and come on down to the rink at the Sister Bay Sports Complex at 2155 Autumn Court.
