FebFest 3: Susanna Self – A Flute Celebration

About Susanna Self: Susanna Self is PMF’s Principal Flutist and currently serves as piccoloist with the West Texas Symphony. She has taught flute at Interlochen Arts Camp, Texas Tech University, and Maryville University, and previously performed with the Saint Louis Symphony, Baltimore Symphony, and Charlotte Symphony. Residing in Lubbock, Texas, she shares her home with her husband, cellist Jeffrey Noel Lastrapes, and their two dogs, Joey and Lily. About Kate Boyd: Kate Boyd, an internationally acclaimed pianist and Professor of Piano at Butler University, has performed at venues including Carnegie Hall and the National Concert Hall in Dublin. Known for her versatility, Boyd has released critically acclaimed recordings and regularly collaborates with other musicians.
