To start the Halloween weekend off in Fish Creek, take a ‘Ghost Tour of Door County’ by Door County Trolley, with a stop at Alexander Noble House at 6pm on Friday, October 25.
Saturday, October 26 is when the fun really begins, starting with ‘Family Art Day’ at the Peninsula School of Art from 9am–12pm. Next, head to the Gibraltar Fire & Rescue Open House from 10-2 pm for station tours, food and kids games. Open Door Bird Sanctuary will be at Founder’s Square with their ‘Birds of Prey’ from 10am–4pm.
Do you have an incredible Halloween costume? Be sure to participate in the Halloween Costume Parade at Clark Park from 12–12:30pm. A Halloween Costume Contest for kids, pets and adults will take place immediately after the parade at Clark Park from 12:30–1pm. Then be sure to check out the ‘Selfie Stand’ with mini horses in costumes at J. Jeffrey Taylor after the costume parade and contest.
There will then be a ‘Kids Halloween Party’ at the Old Town Hall from 1–3pm, as well as trick-or-treating at participating businesses throughout Fish Creek from 1–3pm.
Adults will enjoy another ‘Ghost Tour of Door County’ by Door County Trolley at 6pm. Finally, there’s the famous ‘Adult Halloween Costume Party’ at Bayside Tavern starting at 9pm.
