Frykman Studio Gallery is proud to announce Little Sister Puzzle Company, featuring wooden jigsaw puzzles made by the folks at the Frykman Studio Gallery in Sister Bay.
David Frykman draws his own unique puzzle designs while Luke and Heather Frykman mount their photographs on birch plywood and cut the designs with a laser, because it’s the future!
They have two sizes available, 8″x12″ ($110) and 12″x16″ ($158), with a wooden box included. The Frykman’s can custom make a puzzle for you with any of their photographs in the ‘Door County’ design. They have several puzzles already made and available right now. Additional puzzles designs are coming soon!

Details:
The puzzles are cut with the ‘Door County’ design so the unique shapes are pieces such as boats, animals, birds, Eagle Tower, DC Trolley, etc. Each puzzle is cut from 3/16″ aircraft-quality plywood, cut into two sizes, 8″x12″ and 12″x16.” For each size, there is a vertical and horizontal puzzle so there are four different Door County designs. 8×12 Door County – Horizontal, 8×12 Door County – Vertical, 12×16 Door County – Horizontal, and 12×16 Door County – Vertical.
- Photograph is mounted onto the plywood, then laser cut
- Wooden puzzles pieces are 3/16″ thick, wooden box included, and reference photo inside
- Two sizes available: 8″x12″ with 213 pieces ($110) and 12″x16″ with 401 pieces ($158)
- 4 different ‘Door County’ themed puzzle designs (additional designs coming soon!)
