Sister Bay, Wis. (June 30, 2025) – Midsummer’s Music, Wisconsin’s oldest summer chamber music series, continues its 2025 concert season with a program honoring two of the Baroque era’s greatest composers: Johann Sebastian Bach and Georg Friedrich Händel. This special performance showcases the enduring brilliance of their music and highlights Midsummer’s commitment to presenting masterworks in intimate, inspiring settings.
GRAMMY-nominated soprano Molly Netter brings her radiant voice and dazzling virtuosity to a sumptuous program brimming with drama and humor. She is joined by violinist David Perry, flutist Heather Zinninger, and harpsichordist Mark Shuldiner, alongside the exceptional string ensemble of Midsummer Music. Together, they will present some of J.S. Bach’s most extraordinary instrumental works, culminating in a thrilling performance of the Brandenburg Concerto No. 5 in D Major, BWV 1050.
