Sturgeon Bay, Wis. (October 11, 2021) – Join the Climate Change Coalition of Door County at 4 pm Saturday, Nov. 13, for Herbal Tea Time, a uniquely delectable experience of teas brewed from beneficial herbs that thrive in Door County.
Herbalist and pharmacist Dave LaLuzerne will be our host and guide as we learn about the health benefits of local plants and how to put them to use. The event takes place at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 1756 Michigan St., Sturgeon Bay, and concludes at 6 pm.
Featured treats will include wild oregano tea, hibiscus/ horsetail tea, lemon balm tea, chicory root/chocolate mint tea and wild sarsaparilla tea, all accompanied by herbal hors d’oeuvres. Dandelion wine and juniper gin tonic will add extra zest to the festivities!
