Happy holidays from Glacier Ledge! Right now, you can buy a gift certificate – and get one for yourself! Buy a $50 gift certificate, get a $5 certificate free. Purchase a $100 gift certificate, get one for $15. You may use the gift certificates in the market or the restaurant. Call to order by mail, or just swing by and pick them up.

Monday, December 14 at 6pm:

Join Chef Lawrence in our kitchen, or yours, and learn to make some “Creative Holiday Sides.” Only 10 can join at the restaurant to cook with Chef and enjoy the fruits of their labor. BUT you may also follow on Facebook live for those who can’t join in person. $45 for the on-site class with Chef Lawrence.

Monday, December 21 at 6pm:

International Dinner Series #4: China. If you haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy one of these dinners, you should! The cost for 5 courses is $45 and includes a sparkling wine starter. Reservations are required. Please call (920)868-1333.

Christmas Dinner 2-Go:

Chef is working on a Christmas menu, so keep your eyes on your e-mail and social media. This will be available for pick up on December 23 or Christmas Eve.

Virtual Cooking Classes:

Looking for a fun way to spend time with your employees, friends and/or family while maintaining a safe distance? Consider a virtual cooking class. Chef Lawrence will tailor the menu for you, and your guests just show up and have fun. Give Glacier Ledge a call so they can help you plan this fun way to celebrate!

FUN CHEESE FACT: Legend has it the first cheese was created accidentally, by storing milk in a container lined with an animal’s stomach. An enzyme from the stomach caused the milk to separate into liquid (whey) and solids (curd). The curd? That’s cheese.
