Ellison Bay, Wis. (August 10, 2021) — Island Orchard Cider won five silver medals at the 15th Annual Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition (GLINTCAP) held July 28-30th in Grand Rapids, Michigan. GLINTCAP is the largest and most prestigious hard cider competition in the world.
GLINTCAP offers two competitive divisions: one for commercially licensed producers and one for noncommercial enthusiasts. Each entry is evaluated in a blind tasting by a panel of two to four judges. Island Orchard Cider competed in the commercial producer division.
