Jacksonport, Wis. (October 14, 2021) – The Jacksonport Farmers Market season at Lakeside Park in downtown Jacksonport will come to an end with the final Market to be held on Tuesday, October 19, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Isaiah Spetz and Karen Mall will be jamming for us from 9-11 a.m., weather permitting. Isaiah has been singing at our market this season and our guests and vendors have all enjoyed it. The Birch Creek Ambassadors also entertained us in July and August and will be returning again next season.
The local farm growers, our artists, craftsmen, bakers, fisherman, producers and creators all thank you for a wonderful market season.
The Jacksonport Farmers Market started in 2007 with a small core group of local farmers and artists and has grown to a strong group of nearly 30, all locally sourced, participants. Several have started their own businesses from their humble market beginnings. The loyal customers and friendships formed in the weekly market that runs from mid-May through mid-October, often carry over to winter for customers when the products are available. Check with your favorite vendors for winter availability.
Lakeside Park has been a wonderful home for our market and many local shoppers and guests make their visit part of their weekly routine throughout the market season. We thank all our great customers and look forward to serving you again in our upcoming 15th season.
You can watch for Jacksonport Farmers Market updates on Facebook. Updates and vendor information will be posted in the spring of 2022.
