Pie Ingredients:
9 in. pie crust
5 cups medium chopped rhubarb
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 T flour
1/4 cup half & half
Topping Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
(Mix all topping ingredients to make a crumble top)
Directions:
Fill 9 in. pie crust with rhubarb. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and half & half. Pour mixture into pie shell over rhubarb. Cover pie with crumble topping. Bake for 50 minutes at 350˚.
