Egg Harbor, Wis. (May 28, 2024) – Nationally touring, Door County-based singer-songwriter Katie Dahl will play a concert at Woodwalk Gallery in Egg Harbor on Friday, June 7, at 7 p.m. This is Dahl’s only planned solo performance in Door County this summer or fall. American Songwriter says that Katie Dahl “delivers razor-sharp lyrics with a hearty, soulful voice.”
Known for writing evocative, intelligent songs with a strong sense of place, Katie Dahl is an internationally touring playwright and songwriter whose work Wisconsin Public Radio calls “the real deal.” Though she’s particularly well-known in Door County, Dahl has earned accolades across the country and beyond for the depth and power of her alto voice, the literate candor of her songs, and the easy humor of her live performances. Her performance at Woodwalk comes at the end of a spring tour that took her to Kansas, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Michigan, Indiana, South Carolina, and Texas.

Woodwalk Gallery is located at 6746 County Road G in Egg Harbor. Tickets cost $28 and are available at www.woodwalkgallery.com. Doors open at 6 p.m., and shows begin at 7 p.m. A cash bar will sell beer and other malted beverages, sparkling water, and soda. Audience members are welcome to arrive early for bring-your-own picnics under a tent behind the barn.
