Leslie Ann’s Offers Name-Brand, Like-New Clothing at Resale Prices

With more than a dozen resale shops on the Peninsula, the retailing of gently used, but good condition furniture, dishes, kitchenware, books, clothing and jewelry has become a significant feature of the local retail scene. A new business at The Settlement Shops in Fish Creek has added a new spin to resale options for clothing. Focusing on designer labels and popular contemporary brands, Leslie Ann’s Boutique offers high style at a savings. The wide selection of brands includes everything from Gap to Gucci, J Crew to Marc Jacobs, and much more.

All the clothing is all hand-selected by Leslie Ann. Items are "comprised of both high end designer labels as well as popular contemporary brands," and everything is affordably priced. I got to meet the lovely Leslie Ann herself one morning when I was perusing the Settlement Shops' weekly farmers market. Leslie Ann's Boutique is one of the brick and mortar businesses at The Settlement Shops, located just 1.5 miles south of Fish Creek. All of the apparel was all hung by category (skits, dresses, pants, sleeveless, long sleeve, jeans, etc) and size (petit to plus-size), so it's extremely easy to find what you're browsing for. In addition to clothing, there is also like-new shoes, handmade screen printed bags, candles, brand new hats and scarves, gently-used purses, and gorgeous jewelry.
