Fish Creek, Wis. (October 17, 2022) – On Saturday, October 22, at 7 p.m., Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives will perform on the Door Community Auditorium (DCA) Main Stage. Stuart returns by popular demand after his wildly successful appearance at DCA in 2021.
While he’s too gracious to admit it himself, Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Marty Stuart is living, breathing country-music history. He’s played alongside the masters, from Johnny Cash to Lester Flatt (who discovered him); been a worldwide ambassador for Nashville; and he’s safeguarded country’s most valuable traditions and physical artifacts (he owns an assortment of Johnny Cash’s famed black boots, for example).
Sharp, rollicking, and keenly relevant, Marty Stuart is at once a music historian, a visionary artist, and one of the best live performers on the circuit today.
Ken Burns said, “If country music had a president, it would be Marty Stuart.”
Tickets for Marty Stuart’s concert range from $55-75. Special “Big Chief” tickets are also available for $200. The Big Chief VIP Package includes show tickets in a VIP seating area; admission to a private pre-show event at the venue featuring a two-song performance/Q&A session by Marty and the Superlatives; a VIP laminated lanyard, crowd-free merchandise shopping, and an 8” x 10” personalized photo.
