Juddville, Wis. (July 12, 2023) – Write On, Door County presents two opportunities to meet authors with new books released on Wednesday, July 19. Both programs are free and open to the public.
Nadine Kenney Johnstone will sign copies of her latest book Come Home to Your Heart: A Guided Journal for Harnessing Your Inner Wisdom and Falling Back in Love with Yourself. An award-winning author, Nadine is a holistic writing coach who helps women develop and publish their stories. Copies of her book will be available for sale. Book signing is 4 – 5:30 pm
At 6:30 pm, author Joanne Nelson will read from her new essay collection, My Neglected Gods. Joanne is the author of a previous collection, This Is How We Leave. She is a past recipient of the Peninsula Pulse’s Hal Prize in nonfiction. Since January, she has been leading Write On’s One Book’s Journey program, as her new collection readied for publication by Vine Leaves Press. The reading is free and a light reception as well as book signing will follow.
Write On, Door County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Write On conducts programs to inspire people to write and share their stories at various venues throughout Door County.
