Sister Bay Studios, owned by Amanda Zielinski—local business owner and founder of Bombshell Beauty—offers customizable rental suites ideal for personal service providers and office-based businesses. Amanda, who operates her esthetics business from one of the suites, created Sister Bay Studios with the vision of providing a professional, flexible, and supportive environment for other entrepreneurs.

Each rental suite includes 24-hour access, all utilities (including Wi-Fi), and private locking doors for individual security. Tenants enjoy access to a welcoming reception area with seating and a check-in desk for providers, two communal bathrooms, and a shared break room complete with a fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer. Additional basement storage is also available for tenants who need a little extra space.
Suites are customizable, with options for plumbing or without, allowing businesses to tailor their spaces to their specific needs. The building currently houses a vibrant mix of businesses, including an esthetician, cosmetologist, permanent makeup artist, massage therapist, acupuncturist, health insurance agent, chiropractor, and functional medicine specialist.
