Sturgeon Bay, Wis. (September 16, 2024) – The Yoga Womb at 58 W. Maple Avenue in Sturgeon Bay will open to the public on October 1, 2024.
The Yoga Womb is a yoga studio and wellness center offering beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga classes and other experiences that help facilitate personal growth for mind, body and spirit. Classes currently include traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yen, Yin, Restorative, Somatics, Group Coaching and Yoga for Kids with more to come.
“Yoga has given me strength I didn’t know I had and access to tools I never knew existed within myself. It’s helped me overcome the most challenging chapters of my life. My greatest reward is being able to share those things with my community. My hope is that the studio becomes a place where everybody, especially those who need it most, can explore their healing and personal growth journey through a multitude of experiences in a safe, supportive environment and to help them find a deeper connection to themselves,” says Brooke Ulrich, Founder, CYT-200.
