Open Door Pride Offers $1000 Scholarship

Door County, Wis. (March 28, 2025) – Open Door Pride will award a $1000 IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equality and Accessibility) scholarship to a graduating Door County high school senior who demonstrates a passion for inclusivity, diversity, increasing sensitivity, and building community.

This scholarship is generously funded by Jeff Jara and Marie Squire, with a matching grant from the Baird Foundation.

Applications are due by April 30. Requirements and guidelines are available at doorcountyscholarships.org.

Open Door Pride’s mission is to celebrate diversity in Door County through inclusion for all.
