Sister Bay, Wis. (January 21, 2025) – It’s that exciting time of year again—Sister Bay is planning for the Annual Ice Out Contest! With these chilly temperatures, we’re feeling optimistic that our Goat will make his appearance on the bay soon.
Here’s how it works:
Businesses in Sister Bay host a voting box where participants can submit their guesses for the date and time they think the ice will “go out” of the bay. A winner is chosen from each host business, and that lucky individual receives the prize donated by the business!
Want to participate this year?
It’s easy! Just email SBAA by Monday, January 27 to let them know:
- That your business would like to join in the fun.
- The prize you’d like to donate.
They will take care of everything else!
Once they have all the details, they’ll start creating the poster and Pulse ad to promote the contest.
