This week we are featuring Bart and Mart! They are 11 year old brothers who have been together their whole lives. They are black and grey terrier mixes and weigh roughly 25-30 lbs. each. They were surrendered to us in mid-December because the owner didn’t have enough time to care for them. Our hearts broke when they came and we discovered they have been outdoor dogs their whole lives! Luckily, it hasn’t crushed their spirits. They are both very sweet and welcoming. Mart is slightly more nervous than Bart, but is still extremely open to affection and attention. Since these boys have been together since the womb, we can’t separate them now and are looking for a wonderful family to adopt them together. If you are interested in meeting them, please stop in during normal open hours.
