Peninsula Pet of the Week: Bobcat

July 24, 2019 by Laurel Ciohon

Meet Bobcat, a 3-year-old cuddle bug available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society Door County Campus! She truly does look like a bobcat with her short tail and long ear hair, hence the name, but this Bobcat only weighs 7lbs. While she can be shy and easily startled at first, with a little patience you’ll find her in your lap in no time!

Bobcat loves to be petted and will politely tap you with her paw if you pause even for a moment. Like all cats at WHS, this sweet lady has already been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, PLUS you get to name your own adoption fee! Stop in and meet her during our open adoption hours.
