You probably won’t find this green-eyed beauty out on the dance floor! Meet Disco, a 4-year-old hidden treasure available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society Door County Campus.
Originally brought to WHS in October as a stray, Disco was petrified of humans and avoided all forms of touch. When staff was finally able to examine her they discovered she was already spayed and front declawed, indicating she once did have a place she called home, however, no one came to reclaim her.
With patience, love, and dedication from staff and volunteers, Disco has improved leaps and bounds. She is still very shy, but has revealed she loves to be scratched at the base of her tail and under her chin, purring all the while. We will never know Disco’s past, but she now has a bright future ahead.
Like all cats at WHS she is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, plus you get to name your own adoption fee!
