Peninsula Pet of the Week: Harper

September 15, 2025 by Laurel Ciohon

Harper is 2 years old, weighs 8 pounds, and is available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society Door County Campus. After some time in a foster home, Harper’s foster parent says she is very sweet, playful, and affectionate. She enjoys pouncing on crinkle toys and cuddling up to you for head scratches and long naps. She also feels more comfortable around people than other cats. So, she would do best in a home where she can get all the attention to herself!

Like all cats at WHS, Harper is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She also goes home with a free bag of starter food and a certificate for a free vet exam. Come visit Harper during adoption hours at the Wisconsin Humane Society Door County Campus and take her home the very same day! Plus, you can even name your own adoption fee!
