This week we are introducing you to Lady Garland! She’s a three year old, apricot terrier mix and weighs 15-20 lbs. This very enduring and sweet girl was found as a stray right up the road from us at Potawatomi Park. She was running in the cold winter weather for at least five days before someone caught her and brought her in to us (a couple weeks before Christmas-hence the name!).
She loves human company, chewing bones, and hanging outside. She’s great in the car and likes to take walks. Because her coat is a little sparse, she needs a little jacket to stay warm in these winter months. If Lady Garland seems like a good fit for you, please stop in and see her during normal open hours!
