Peninsula Pet of the Week: Potion

December 23, 2025 by Laurel Ciohon

Potion is 4 years old, weighs 16 pounds, and is available for adoption from the Wisconsin Humane Society Door County Campus. When first meeting Potion, she can be a bit shy and independent. But after some time, treats, and lots of pets, her foster family says she can warm right up and become an amazing member of the family! They also say she would do best in a calm and quiet home where she can look out the window and get lots of love.

Like all cats at WHS, Potion is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She also goes home with a free bag of starter food and a certificate for a free vet exam. If you are interested in adopting Potion, head to her profile in the link below and get in touch with her foster family! She even has a name your own adoption fee!
