Peninsula Pet of the Week: Tigra

November 14, 2018 by Laurel Ciohon

One of our Hidden Treasures, Tigra deserves the spotlight this week. She might be easy to accidently pass by, but give her a chance and she will show you how special she is. Tigra is about 1 year old and was brought to the Wisconsin Humane Society Door County Campus as a stray in September. Once you earn her trust by being patient and gentle, she will slowly open up and encourage more ear scratches with a head bump. While you most likely will find her hiding in her cubby, we think she has a wonderful personality that she is saving just for her new family.

Tigra is available for adoption and like all cats at WHS, has already been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped plus you get to name your own adoption fee! Stop by during our open adoption hours and give her chance to shine.
