Door County, Wis. (May 22, 2020) – As we navigate through the COVID-19 crisis while continuing to serve our patients and our community in the best way possible, Prevea Health has now simplified the process for requesting and receiving a COVID-19 test.
By following the simple steps on the attached flyer, an individual who is symptomatic or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive can request a COVID-19 test at a location and time that is convenient for them.
Never accessed Prevea Health before? No problem. You do not need to have an existing relationship with Prevea Health to utilize this service.
Prevea is also providing a free onsite analysis of the health and safety of your workplace, making sure you are ready to bring your business back online. One of our Occupational Health providers will go onsite and tour your business, providing recommendations to improve the health and safety of your work environment. Requesting a COVID-19 Test
If you have any of the symptoms listed below, it is now easier than ever to request a COVID-19 test at Prevea Health. Simply follow the instructions and select the location where you would like to be tested.
Symptoms
• Fever in the last 24-hours or chills
• New or worsening cough
• Trouble breathing
• Shortness of breath
• Sore throat different from allergies
• Sudden loss of taste or smell
• Unexplained headache
• Unexplained muscle pain
• Exposure to a confirmed COVID person
• New eye redness in the past 24-hours
Step 1:
Go to https://myprevea.com and sign in to your account. For new users, please click on the SIGN UP NOW button.
Step 2:
To have a test ordered, click the COVID-19 Test Request as shown on the right, located under Quick Links. Select Covid-19 Self Triage and answer a few questions before selecting a testing site.
Step 3:
Travel to your selected testing site to have your test administered and receive further instructions for care.
