Now Serving Older Adults in Baileys Harbor, Ephraim, Sister Bay, and Liberty Grove
Sister Bay, Wis. (July 9, 2025) – Senior Advocacy for Independent Living (SAIL), a local non-profit program that helps older adults remain connected and independent at home, is excited to welcome new members and volunteers from the Northern Door County communities of Baileys Harbor, Ephraim, Sister Bay, and Liberty Grove.
SAIL is built on a simple idea: neighbors helping neighbors. Through trusted volunteers and local connections, SAIL provides services like companionship visits and help picking up groceries—everyday support that can make a big difference for someone choosing to age in place in beautiful Door County.
To celebrate the expansion of services and introduce the program to new communities, SAIL invites the public to two upcoming Meet & Greet events:

At SAIL, we proudly implement the village model, inspired by a nationwide network of over 300 villages, to ensure our community’s older adults receive comprehensive support and services tailored to their needs.
