For 37 years, Samara & Greg Christian have worked together, creating one-of-a-kind designs using the lost wax casting process, a technique they learned while studying art at UW-Stout, setting them apart from other jewelry designers.
“We were trained to think of jewelry as a three-dimensional work of art with each angle being given equal dedication. We think of our pieces as a miniature work of art with our signature on it.”
Using this unique process, they are able to create intricate details and complex shapes in the finished metal. C.A.D. (computer aided design) is another process they use to help with the intricate details. Although C.A.D. is relatively new, not every jewelry designer uses it.
As Samara explains, “computer aided design can create anything my brain imagines that my hands aren’t able to implement on their own.”
But after much thought and deliberation, Sam & Greg have decided to close Samara Jewelry Designs.
“The decision to close has been a very emotional one. We have been blessed by our friends who have been customers and by many customers who have become friends.

As hard as it will be to say goodbye, we want this to be a time of celebration. To say ‘Thank You’, we are having a “Going Out of Business Sale,” drastically reducing prices on our entire inventory with savings up to 70% off.
We hope to see you all very soon. Sale begins June 22 and will run through mid-August as our stock lasts.
