Sip Coffee & Wine Bar Now Open in North Ephraim

Spot & Space expand bringing you Sip & Spot Home.

Ephraim, Wis. (July 1, 2022) — Sip & Spot Home are officially open in northern Ephraim, located in the old Rusty Rabbit building.

Jennie Bexell, owner of Spot and Space in Sister Bay, and Spot Egg Harbor has collaborated with her brother, Fred Bexell, owner of SwedeInn in Sister Bay, and general manager at Al Johnson’s Swedish Restaurant to bring you Sip, a coffee & wine bar, and Spot Home, an extensive home decor shop. A fun, bright, & colorful space for you to sip a coffee or wine while doing a little bit of shopping!

The space is filled with bright colors, plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, and a giant flower ball hanging from the ceiling. “We wanted to create an indoor and outdoor space that felt relaxing and comfortable and we want to be open year-round with consistent hours,” says Jennie. “Our goal was to create a space where everyone felt at home, like visiting a good friends house,” says Fred. Front of the house manager, Samantha Radosevich says, “It’s all about creating the Sip ultimate experience from the moment you walk in, all the little details are important.”

The food offered at Sip matches the energy of rest of the building – all fresh, colorful, and bright. A few of the menu items include a potato waffle with various toppings, southwest grain bowl, meat and cheese, vegan, & dessert charcuterie boards, flatbreads, and a brioche French toast; most of which can be made vegan & gluten free, if requested. Champagne flights, specialty coffee, smoothies, beer, and wine is also offered at Sip. “We want the menu and environment to be ever evolving to fit our customers wants and needs,” says Jennie.

Spot Home is all surrounding you in this bright and beautiful space. From the glassware you’re sipping from to the chair you’re sitting on, it can be yours! The upstairs space has a bedroom, kitchen, and living room set up for you to shop. Anything from lamps, rugs, throw blankets, pillows, and more can be shopped at Spot Home.

Jennie says, “It has been nothing but a pleasure to be a part of this community. We are looking forward to growing, learning, and expanding at Sip & Spot Home.”

Sip and Spot Home are open daily at 7am, year-round. Sip offers bright and fresh food and coffee, a rotating beer & wine list, and plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Dogs welcome outside.
