
Southern Door, Wis. (February 8, 2021) – The Southern Door Community Auditorium will present a special LIVE VIRTUAL concert with one of bluegrass music’s top touring bands, Joe Mullins & the Radio Ramblers on March 7th. The concert will be Live from the band’s home in Ohio, and streamed on Facebook.
Named Entertainers of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) in 2019, Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers have consistently delivered chart-topping radio hits and energetic performances over the past decade. The Radio Ramblers are seen by tens of thousands of bluegrass fans every year, and since 2013, have become regular guests on the historic Grand Ole Opry. Their most recent album, For the Record for the Nashville-based label Billy Blue Records, has remained on the charts for a record 13 months and produced multiple Top 10 singles. Additionally, the Mullins produced recording, Industrial Strength Bluegrass for Smithsonian Folkways will be released March 26th, with his band’s first single, “Readin’, Rightin’, Route 23” hitting radio this month. Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers have generated an in-demand following on the national scene, allowing them to be one of today’s most heralded torch-bearers in mainstream bluegrass.
