Southern Door, Wis. (October 27, 2025) – The George W. Goetz American Legion Post 372, Forestville, in partnership with the Southern Door School District, invites the public to attend the 2025 Countywide Veterans Day Ceremony.
The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, with the program beginning at 9:30 am in the Southern Door School District Eagle Gym. Doors will open at 9:00 am for community members and guests.
Attendees are asked to park in front of the school and enter through Door #2, by the District Office and the Eagle Gym.
Veterans from all branches of service will be recognized. Students from the Southern Door High School Student Council, Concert Band, and Concert Choir will participate in the ceremony with readings, music, and hosting our veterans. All Middle School and High School students will also be in attendance for this event.
Following the ceremony, veterans and their spouses are invited to a complimentary lunch in appreciation of their service.
